My first 1000KM flight done using south Föhn in Alps. No Fotos, as I forgot ... my camera.

THE Wave Day in Rhein Valley. With 7041m the highest flight done in this region ever.
ATC clereance initially to FL240 after reaching 7000m due to incomming traffic ATC asked me to stop climbing and desend.
All done with old Handhald Radio - seen yellow on the right picture, as my main Radio died just before the take off :-O
Not mentioning my highest flight ever & FAI Diamond :-)

Nice wave flight in my home area in Rhein valley sounth of Frankfurt. Although the hils are 400-500m high, they generated a wave that went up to 4650m, obviously with ATC clereance.
